Inroductory webinar for participants will take place on April 1

An introductory webinar for potential participants in the competition will be held on 1 April at 11:30 a.m. Moscow time.

The speakers will talk in detail about the competitive procedure, the requirements for application, the competitive task, give detailed information about the territory and answer questions from the participants.

The webinar will be attended by:

• Evgenia Murinets, member of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Construction of Russia on the formation of a comfortable urban environment, director of the Urban Policy Institute, adviser to the governor of the Astrakhan region;

• Dmitry Ovchinnikov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Astrakhan Region for Social Policy;

• Zuria Mendalieva, Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Astrakhan Region;

• Nina Abolyanina, Head of the Department for Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Administration of the Municipal Formation "City of Astrakhan";

• Sergey Georgievsky, General Director of the Agency for Strategic Development "CENTER", Head of the Organizing Committee;
